The Eastend Apartment guidelines (Code of Conduct) provides the procedures for implementation and compliance with the provisions of the Deed of Declaration (DOD) pertaining to the Eastend Apartment registered with the Sub-Registrar, Meerut, under the UP Apartment Ownership Act, and which are binding on all the residents/owners of flats in Eastend Apartments.
These guidelines should be read in conjunction with the DOD and Byelaws. In case of any contradiction between the DOD & Byelaws and this Book, the former will be applicable.
This document provides guidelines for use of various services/facilities in Eastend Apartment and provides important references/procedures for day-to-day use of facilities in Eastend Apartment. Based on the actual functioning of the Eastend Apartment Owners association (EAOA) and based on the changes to different laws and acts, the EAOA in consultation with the apartment owners and residents could make changes to the guidelines, from time to time, with the intention of making community living in Eastend Apartment a harmonious, peaceful, enjoyable and memorable lifetime experience. In this regard, active cooperation from all residents and owners are sincerely solicited.
