I agree that in case of any damage / theft or loss of fittings, Furniture, Fixture etc. in the Club House during my booking period, cost of the same will be deducted from Security money. In case loss / damage is of more than security money, the same can be added in my maintenance bill. I will further ensure that Gum, Tape, Nails will not be used in Club walls etc. including Dining Hall. No damage to walls will be ensured.

I have also read the Rules and Regulations for Club House booking attached herewith.

Rules and Regulations for Club House Booking

The objective of making our Club House functioning properly in an economical manner, ensuring long life of all its assets and for enjoyment of all members, we request members to follow below guidelines.

a). ​Use of Club Houe is available only to Residents of the Society i.e. Member, his/her spouse, parents and children. The allotment is strictly made on the order of Application Date, First Come First Served.

b). ​The Facility can be availed of only from 08.00 am to 10.00 pm only.

c). ​Club House Charges for one day is Rs. 4,000/- for Flat Owners and Rs. 7,500 for Tenants . (Timing will be from 08.00 am to 10.00 pm) Electricity charges will be extra as per actual and Rs. 250/- will be charged for Cleaning of the Club House.

d). ​The Resident who is interested in booking the Club House, is requested to book Club House in advance through Society Office. No Third Party booking shall be allowed.

e). ​In case Society EAOA plans to organise any Function in Club House then booking shall not be made on that particular Day.

Club House Usage Rules

1. There will be a refundable security deposit of Rs. 7,500/- (towards electricity, Cleaning, guard, penalty for violation of Club Rules, if any. In case there is damage or charges more than the security deposit, the amount will be recovered in the maintenance bill.
2. Maximum duration of booking is limited to 4 Continuous days. However, on special circumstances the request can be considered for longer duration also after Board Approval.
3. No Alcoholic (Liquor) Beverages of any kind are allowed at any time in the Club House (including grounds). Violation of this will invite suitable action immediately including calling of Police. The Club House must be vacated by 11.00 am midnight.
4. For violation by the Resident (s) or their guests of any rules and regulations established, the right to use of a member will be suspended for a period of 6 (Six) months.
5. The Plaster walls and Glass Doors of the Club House shall not be decorated at any time.
6. The Key to the Club House must be signed for and returned to the Manager by the Allotee and take a No Dues Certificate from the Manager.
7. The Allotee is fully responsible for any theft or loss of fittings, Furniture and Fixtures already installed there, during the period of booking.
8. Evening parties must be over by 11.00 pm midnight, all cleanning must be completed by that time. No Music / Loudspeaker will be played after 10.00 pm. In case of violation, the electricity of the Club Hall will be switched off.
9. The definition of the day shall be from 08.00 am to 10.00 pm midnight.
10. The Allottee shall have the responsibility to supervise their guests to assure that the Rules of the Club House are followed.
11. In case of any controversy, the decision of the Board of Management of EAOA on all matters will be final.
